Become a Session Host at the PDC

Pacific Dental Conference - March 4-6, 2027

The Organizing Group of the Pacific Dental Conference invites you to take on a key role at the conference by becoming a Session Host to one of our 100+ incredible speakers.

Is there a speaker you’d love to meet? Hosting is a perfect opportunity to connect directly with your favourite presenter while playing a vital part in the success of the conference. Hosts help ensure PDC remains one of the most welcoming and well-run meetings for our speakers.

Host Benefits

  • Complimentary breakfast or lunch in the Speakers Lounge on the day you are hosting

  • Registration fee refunded after the conference

  • Invitation to the Host Wine & Cheese Reception and Conference Centre Tour

  • Your name listed in the PDC App next to your assigned speaker(s)

  • Free admission to the “Life is Too Short to Drink Bad Wine” event on Thursday, March 4, 2027

What’s Involved

As a Host, you are the speaker’s main point of contact during the conference. You’ll help ensure they feel welcomed, supported, and prepared for a smooth session.

Host responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and introducing your speaker at the start of their session
  • Staying for the session and helping with timing, questions, and basic logistics
  • Assisting the speaker with any onsite needs or questions
  • Thanking the speaker at the end of their session
