What is included in my booth?
- A pipe and drape 8-foot back wall and 3-foot side wall of drape
- Overnight security in the exhibit area
- Daily cleaning of common areas and aisles
- Access to exhibitor lounge and refreshments
- Company listing on PDC website
- Company listing and location on PDC App
How many booth reps can I register?
Exhibiting companies are entitled to 6 booth reps per 10×10 booth space. Additional reps can be registered for an additional fee.
Do you sell Attendee lists?
No, we do not sell our attendee lists.
The PDC is fully compliant with privacy laws and Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). If you receive any email claiming to offer attendee lists for sale, please be aware that it is fraudulent. Do not respond—delete it immediately.
When is the right time to download the official PDC App?
The mobile app will be available for download 1 month prior to the conference
