Attendee Code of Conduct
Pacific Dental Conference - March 4-6, 2027
PDC is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, volunteers, and staff.
By participating, you agree to the following:
✅ Expected Behavior
- Treat everyone with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.
- Support an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Follow venue rules and conference policies.
- Respect personal boundaries and privacy.
- Comply with directions from conference staff and security.
🚫 Unacceptable Behavior
PDC does not tolerate:
- Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind.
- Offensive, inappropriate, or disruptive conduct.
- Unwelcome physical contact or advances.
- Threatening or abusive language.
- Unauthorized photography or recording.
- Damage to venue or exhibitor property.
- Excessive intoxication or substance misuse.
These expectations apply across all conference spaces, including sessions, social events, exhibition areas, and digital platforms.
📣 Reporting Concerns
If you experience or witness inappropriate behavior, please notify conference staff immediately. All reports are taken seriously and handled discreetly.
⚠️ Enforcement
PDC reserves the right to take appropriate action, including warnings, removal from events, revocation of credentials, or expulsion without refund.
