Pacific Dental Conference - March 4-6, 2027

We’re excited to welcome you back to the Pacific Dental Conference at the Vancouver Convention Centre!

Please note: The PDC Exhibit Hall is open March 4 and 5. There is no exhibit hall on Saturday, March 6

Important Change for 2027

The Pacific Dental Conference is introducing a new direct-to-book sales process for 2027. Booths will be sold through a tiered purchasing process based on the number of booths (size of footprint) purchased. This updated process allows exhibitors to directly purchase their preferred booth location, providing immediate confirmation and the ability to secure space as soon as their eligible sales stage opens.

Returning Exhibitors (2026)

Companies who exhibited in 2026 will receive a booking code by email in September to access the booking sytem. Your company information will be pre-populated to streamline the purchase process.

Please ensure your company contact information is current before your sales window opens.

New Exhibitors

You will be asked to provide your company name, address, and primary contact details before accessing the floor plan to select your booth.

After purchase you’ll receive access to the Exhibitor Resource Centre to provide all additional company and booth information.

Tiered Purchasing Schedule

All booth purchases must be paid in full (100%) by credit card at the time of purchase to secure the selected booth location. Locations are not considered confirmed or reserved until full payment has been received.

Tier 1

Sep 15 – Sep 29, 2026 · Opens 9 AM PT

4 booths – 20′ x 20′
3 booths – 10′ x 30′

Tier 2

Oct 6 – Oct 20, 2026 · Opens 9 AM PT

2 booths – 10′ x 20′

Tier 3

Opens Oct 29, 2026 at 9 AM PT · Until sold out

1 booth – 10′ x 10′

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to exhibits@pdconf.com. Please note that booth footprint cannot be downsized after purchasing.

    1. Cancellations received on or before October 28, 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
    2. There are no refunds for cancellations received after October 28, 2026.

In the event that an in-person event is not permitted to happen and the PDC Exhibits Committee elects to either cancel or provide a virtual option, all exhibitors would be provided with the option of a full refund of booth fees paid.
